Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. If your purchase arrives faulty or defective in any way, we are happy to replace the faulty product or provide full refund of your purchase within 7 days of your purchase date.

What if you change your mind? No worries! Just send the item back to us with all original packaging in place within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll provide you store credit so you can choose the right gear!

Returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to not accept any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customers expense.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES PROCESS

Please email info@autogt.com.au to let us know you’d like to return or exchange.

Please provide your order number, and a description of the items you are returning or exchanging, and we will provide a returns shipping address. Please note it is the buyers responsibility for all costs related to returns shipping. Please also provide a tracking number where at all possible.
